Job Description
We are actively searching for a Service Desk Manager for our Consulting client located in the Exton, PA area. The SAP support Manager will work to manage the technical support of SAP systems & solutions SLA's, etc., to support business worldwide. The majority of our customers are retail customers. The manager is responsible for leading internal and offshore teams and delivering quality resolutions to open tickets on-time.

  • Support of SAP - S4, FIORI, FICO, ABAP, BW/BI, etc functionality against the business needs in a variety of functional areas.
  • Provide innovative solutions, handle change requests, address complex business challenges and resolving quickly and satisfactorily open tickets
  • Supervise, mentor and co-ordinate the work of internal / outsourced developers so projects are delivered on time and within budget. Also, directs and prioritizes the work load of subordinate personnel.
  • Develops cost estimates, human resource requirements and allocations, work plans, time schedules and makes work assignments to meet objectives.
  • Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
  • Manage financial aspects of the Team, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
  • Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
  • Knowledge of ASAP, PMI and ITIL development framework and methodologies.


  • 4 year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar technology field or an equivalent level of experience
  • 10+ years SAP experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leading a SAP Development team.
  • Any SAP experience supporting retail customers is a HUGE BONUS!
