Job Description
We are seeking energetic and professional individuals to work part or full-time in a virtual capacity assisting us with recruiting and supporting employee benefits sales agents.  Positions are totally virtual with our cloud based system that allows you to work from home. You can live anywhere in the US or Canada. You will begin in a non-sales role, but we also have a lot of room for expansion which will permit you to grow with us and to take on new roles when and if you are ready. We are extremely flexible and need assistance recruiting NOW!
Job Requirements
* Basic computer skills including typing, web browsing, and emailing.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks
* Proficiency in MS Office, preferred but not required
* Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
* Good Customer follow up and relationship building
* Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required
* Must have a phone, high speed internet and computer
* Must be an effective communicator -- on the phone and through email.
